Shipping

1. What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

Nigeria
Democratic Republic of Congo
Angola

New destinations are regularly being added as our destination network continues to expand.

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping by sea:
Usually takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on exact destination and port clearance.

3. What items can I send?

You can send:

Personal effects (e.g. clothes, shoes, books, toys, household items)
Household goods (e.g. furniture, kitchenware, home decor, small appliances)
Non-perishable goods (e.g. packaged foods, canned foods, dry foods, beverages (where permitted)
Electronics (e.g. mobile phones, laptops, televisions, printers, office equipment)
Commercial goods (e.g. retail stock, packaged consumer products, industrial supplies, business equipment)
Vehicles and machinery (e.g. cars, motorcycles, vans, agricultural equipment, construction machinery, vehicle spare parts)
Health and beauty products (e.g. cosmetics, skincare products, hair products, toiletries)
Building and industrial materials (e.g. tools, hardware, electrical supplies, plumbing materials, manufacturing components)

Boxes and pricing

5. What box sizes do you offer?

We provide 3 standard box sizes:

Small (45cm x 45cm x 50cm)
Medium (45cm x 45cm x 76cm)
Large (61cm x 61cm x 78cm)

6. How much does shipping cost?

Prices:

Small box: £100
Medium box: £150
Large box: £250

(Promotional prices may differ)

7. Is there a weight limit?

Our standard box sizes do have a maximum weight limit.

Small: max weight 30kg
Medium: max weight 50kg
Large: max weight 80kg

Extra weight: £2 per kg

8. Do I need to use your boxes?

Yes, for safety and standardisation, we recommend using LJM Global Logistics boxes only.

Collection and delivery

9. Do you offer collection?

Yes, we offer a pickup service (charges may apply).

10. Can I drop off my boxes?

Yes, you can bring your boxes to our warehouse.

11. Do you deliver door-to-door in Africa?

Delivery options depend on destination.

We can arrange:

Port pickup
Local delivery (in some locations)

Payments

12. When do I pay?

Payment must be mad before shipment (before container departure).

13. What payment methods do you accept?

Cash

Card (if available)

14. Can I track my shipment?

Yes, each shipment has a tracking number.
